Cala Salitrona

Cala Salitrona, is located within the Protected Natural Area of Cabo Tiñoso. Accessible only by sailing or hiking. This beautiful cove, in an idyllic place, has nothing to envy to the beaches of the Caribbean, for the clarity of its waters, and for the tranquility and solitude that surrounds it. Located on the east face of Cabo Tiñoso, it is sheltered from the winds from the north, south and southwest or lebecha, and therefore, it serves as a shelter to spend a very pleasant day, anchored in its sandy bottoms.



Paradisiacal beach

Anchored in Cala Salitrona, we can see the imposing Cabo Tiñoso, and the entire wild coast, up to Cartagena. The contrast of colors of its waters, impresses all the privileged who can access here.

Accessible to a few

Refuge for pirates and smugglers, its waters also serve as a shelter for the great merchant ships that wait their turn to enter the Port of Escombreras. From the military battery next to the Cabo Tiñoso lighthouse, known as Castillos, you can see this beautiful cove.
